Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions for a Return

• The goods must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all tags attached.
• Please contact us in advance by email (skiline@iflow.biz) to receive a return label and further instructions.
• Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer bears the cost of return shipping. “Freight collect” shipments cannot be accepted.

Excluded Items

The following items are excluded from return:

• custom-made products
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (if the seal has been removed)
• gift vouchers
• discounted products (Sale)

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you by email about the approval or rejection.

• If approved, the refund will be made via the original payment method.
• Please note that banks or credit card providers may take several days to process the transaction.
