Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope

These T&C apply to all orders placed through the online shop “Skiline x iFLOW”. The contracting party is exclusively iFLOW GmbH, Zürcherstrasse 20, 6700 Bludenz, Austria.
The cooperation with Skiline (Alturos Destinations GmbH) relates solely to marketing and brand presence; the seller is solely iFLOW.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing an order, you submit a binding purchase offer.
The contract is only concluded upon our order confirmation (via email).

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros, including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during the order process.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, and other methods offered in the shop.
The purchase price becomes due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Deliveries are made within the European Union and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (EU): 3–6 business days, €10 per order
  • Standard Shipping (International): €20 per order (delivery time depends on destination country)

The risk of accidental loss passes to the buyer once the goods have been handed over to the shipping company.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of iFLOW GmbH until full payment has been received.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. In addition, we grant a voluntary 30-day return policy from receipt of the goods.

7. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty provisions apply. In the event of defects, consumers are entitled to rectification or replacement delivery. If this is not possible, they are entitled to a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

iFLOW GmbH is liable:

  • without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence, as well as for damages to life, body, or health,
  • for slight negligence only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.
